The 3rd Annual R.E.A.L. Foundation Trust Golf Day, sponsored by Cowens Insurance Brokers based in Mansfield, took place on Friday 6th July 2017 at the Rufford Golf and Country Club, where this year a record entry of 31 teams battled it out for the coveted ‘Claret Jug’.
This year saw golfers traveling from as far afield as Sweden to take part in this increasingly popular event!
The sold out day was a brilliant success with both the weather and golfing talent on top form!
This winners this year were “Mr Fire Safety,” led by Martin Timmis, narrowly beating “Cullen Wealth” who, for the second year running finished as runners up.
Most importantly, on the day we managed to raise almost £4800 with donations still being received for the R.E.A.L. Foundation Trust.
Plans for next year are already in place with the date of Friday July 5th confirmed.
